Having fun,
doing good work,
following the yellow brick road.

Classics never go out of style, and what is more classic than The Wizard of Oz? Each character conquered a challenge with help from the others … and ultimately Dorothy (and Toto, too!), discovered there really was “no place like home!” Clearly NPLHC recognized this connection as it developed its name and mission. They envisioned a world where people with disabilities were encouraged through supportive services to participate in the American dream of having a place to call home. It was a joyful goal, and, as the name implied, just begged that we borrow the classic yellow brick road to connect a community of joyful houses. These strong graphic elements gave us the courage, brains and heart to conquer each new brand application challenge as it came along.

Remember: As the Wizard said, “Back where I come from there are men who do nothing all day but good deeds. They are called phila… er, phila… er, yes, er, Good Deed Doers.” We love doing work with “Good Deed Doers,” offering each year over 100 hours of pro bono work to nonprofits and foundations.
