White papers: glamorous? Deliberately not, but it could be one of the most powerful marketing tools in your kit.

A few years ago International District Energy Association produced a white paper for its constituents to explain ruling federal rulings for industrial and utility combustion sources, Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act. This document offers compelling data with case studies that demonstrate significant benefits for customers. As in any other project, we designed and organized information, images, and graphics — without hype — critically conveying authority and knowledge. Done right, white papers affirm credibility and thought leadership. And who doesn’t need that edge sometimes?
